within the Contract Invoicing System(CIS). All web pages are designed to provide
a consistent approach to accessing data.
Uniformity
The Contract Invoicing System is designed to provide agencies with a means of applying
uniformity for contract writing and invoicing. For example, agency defined
code tables provide for specific drop-down list language. Also, copying of
contract rate detail to element detail lends support to the agencies pursuit of
uniformity. This often leads to savings beyond the applied cost/benefit analysis.
